Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 06.10.2016 made in Na.Ka.1244/2016.Sa.Pa, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner herein as Manager w.e.f. 04.06.2014, the date on which the 4th respondent who is her immediate junior was promoted by placing the petitioner above the 4th respondent in the order of seniority and pay all the monetary benefits from 4.6.2014.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 06.10.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent, thereby declining the request of the petitioner to promote her to the post of Manager.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 by producing a copy of the proceedings of the Manager, Erode District Central Co-operative Bank Limited, the 3rd respondent herein submitted that the petitioner has already been promoted from Assistant Manager to Manager.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
