O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition against the judgment and decree made in I.A.No.188 of 2004 in M.C.O.P.No.1569 of 2001, dated 09.08.2005 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Prl.District Court, Krishnagiri.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that this Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order of dismissal passed in I.A.No.188 of 2004 dated 09.08.2005. In the said petition, the Revision Petitioner herein sought to condone the delay of 306 days in filing the petition to review the award dated 26.03.2002 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
3. The order sought to be reviewed is dated 26.03.2002 and 17 years elapsed. In spite of several adjournments, the petitioner has not taken any steps to complete service on the 1st respondent.
4. Considering the time lapse and other attendant circumstances, this Court is of the view that there is no merit in this petition. Further, taking into consideration the fact that steps not taken for nearly 12 years to serve the contesting respondent and for
the reasons stated above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
