2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs as follows:

Paragraph Nos.6 (a) of the order dated 02.02.2022, passed in Crl.OP.No.1896 of 2022, shall be read as:

"6. (a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.34 of 2022 before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the receipt before the Court below.''

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
