Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider petitioner's application dated 11.07.2019 and direct the Taluk Surveyor to survey his land and fix the boundary stone around his land in survey No.295/2B4 to the extent of 0.07 cents situated at Padavedu Madura, A.K.Padavedu, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.07.2019 and direct the Taluk Surveyor to survey her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land and fix the boundary stone around her land in survey No.295/2B4 to the extent of 0.07 cents situated at Padavedu Madura, A.K.Padavedu, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard, Mr.E.Kannadasan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3. While pending this writ petition, the first respondent filed compliance report, which revealed that the first respondent directed the Head Surveyor, Polur to measure the subject property and fix boundaries. The Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that as directed by the first respondent, the Head Surveyor surveyed the subject property on 06.01.2022 in the presence of the petitioner and the counter party and also obtained statement dated 06.01.2022 from the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
