This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2021 for transfer of patta based on the registered Will in Document No.8 of 2002 dated 04.03.2002 on the file of SRO, Kelamangalam for the lands measuring to an extent of 2.75 acres comprised in Survey No.966, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1.71 acres comprised in Survey No.968, 0.63 acres in Survey No.967 and 2.23 acres in Survey No.961 in Bodhichipalli Anusonai Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.T.Vedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
