JUDGMENT

(made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Appeal Suit is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 31 January 2014 rendered in O.S. No.12 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai.

With the consent of the parties, on 02 July 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Today, the appellant, who is stated to be a senior citizen, is present before this Court. It is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 27 August 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. 4.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal Suit. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 27 August 2015, annexed herewith as a part of this judgment. Further, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board is directed to comply with the Mediation Agreement within a period of two weeks from today. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
