ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.12.2024, to issue Not Traceable Certificate for missing of the petitioner's original sale deed registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Damal Sub Registrar Office, in Document No.1226/2007 for punjai lands, bearing Survey Numbers 64/1, 1A, 2, 3 to an extent of Acre 2.80 cents.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the petitioner was called for enquiry on 29.12.2024. However, the petitioner failed to appear on that date. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct 2/4
an enquiry in this regard and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
