ORDER
The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 21.12.2017 given by the petitioner herein pending before him for a long period and also direct the 1st respondent to monitor the progress of the investigation and take necessary action.
2. It is seen that this petitioner is an Advocate and that he has misbehaved with his client and thereafter on the complaint lodged by Mrs. Bharathyanandraj, Advocate who appeared for one of the parties, the police have registered a case in Cr.No. 128 of 2018 on 12.03.2018 under Section 294(b), 341, 323, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
354 and 506(i) IPC against Issac, Advocate who is said to be the senior of the petitioner herein.
3. As a counter blast the petitioner has given a complaint dated 21.12.2017 and thereafter has filed the present petition for a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR.
4. In the opinion of this Court, the complaint dated 21.12.2017 does not disclose any cognizable offence and it is clearly intended to obstruct the FIR in Cr. No. 128 of 2018.
5. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
