CMP.No.1212 of 2022 in SA.No.615 of 2012 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioners/appellants to bring on record the proposed appellants namely (i)P.Samundeeswari (ii) P.Prabavathy (iii) T.Kalaiselvi and (iv) P.Sharmila, no.5, Pilliayar Koil Street, Bommarajapuram Village, Thirukkalukundram, Tk, Changalpattu District as the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant namely J.Perumal Udayar, in the above second appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents has reported no objection in allowing this petition.
