O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.10.2012, this Court passed the following order :

''The above matter is listed today i.e. 19.10.2012, under the caption ''Notice Section Default Cases'' for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry.

2.The concerned counsels are directed to comply with the requirements of the Registry, on or before 08.11.2012.

3.On non-compliance of the requirements of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the C.R.P(NPD) shall stand dismissed, automatically, without further reference to this Court.''

2.A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has not complied with the earlier order of this Court dated 19.10.2012, wherein there is a default clause to the effect that if the order has not been complied with, the C.R.P shall stand dismissed, automatically, without further reference to this Court. Therefore, as on date, the present Civil Revision Petition is not pending, since the same stood automatically dismissed. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 19.10.2012. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
