This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on petitioner's complaint (FIR) dated 10.01.2016 and to take necessary action against the named accused persons in the complaint dated:10.01.2016 and to further direct the respondent to protect the land in Survey No.60/1, Gangaleri Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District. 2.

The petitioner filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against him under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the the year 2016. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs.
