This Application has been filed by the applicant to issue subpoena to the attesting witnesses of the Will. According to the applicant, he filed a main petition for grant of Letters of administration and in the Will, the attesting witnesses not to be deposed. Therefore, filed a petition to issue summon to the attesting witnesses.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above application and to give a fair chance to the petitioner to prove the Will in accordance with law, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Application.
