Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2021 for rectification of erroneous entries of the lands measuring an extent of 56 cents comprised in Survey No.103/2 situated at Athur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta in the name of the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2021 for rectification of erroneous entries of the lands measuring an extent of 56 cents comprised in Survey No.103/2 situated at Athur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the lands measuring an extent of 56 cents comprised in Survey No.103/2 situated at Athur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, however, wrong entries were made in the revenue record. Hence, the petitioner made representation dated 17.12.2021 to the Official respondents seeking rectification of the erroneous entries and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the Official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the Official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
