Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by its order dated 17.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19471 of 2020 viz., "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. is concerned.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19471 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submits that the petitioners have not complied with the said condition.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, this petition for relaxation is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to comply the condition.
