Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to the proceedings issued in No.2951/TD/TP/2011, dated 27.5.2011 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to grant stage carriage permit to the petitioner to the route i.e. Thavalakuppam to Gorimedu via Ariyankuppam, 100 ft. road, new bus stand, Kambankadu, G.H., Bharathidasan College, Lawspet, Gorimedu.
