This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.942 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.III, Saidapet and quash the complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Perusal of the complaint would reveal that there are prima facie materials against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the complaint. In the result, the quash petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial court.

4. Since the petitioner is a lady, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with. However, it is made clear that the petitioner should appear before the trial court as and when required. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
