ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of investigation at odd hours.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that during the course of enqiury, both the petitioner and the defacto complainant had appeared before the respondent on 10.02.2015 and submitted the dispute between them were resolved and they have given a letter to that effect. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the petition is dismissed, accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
