This application has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition challenging the order and decreetal order of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengodu, passed in IA No.3 of 2023 in OS No.89 of 2010, dated 28.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
