JUDGMENT

(Delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Against the dismissal of the writ petition in W.P.No.11053 of 2018 challenging the show-cause notice, the present appeal has been filed.

2.When this appeal was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that the show-cause notice itself has been withdrawn by the respondent and hence the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter in this appeal has become infructuous. An endorsement has also been made to that effect.

3.In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
