This Civil Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Cr.No.279 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition with liberty. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
