This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 06.12.2005 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, in Memo dated 21.11.2005 in Election O.P.No.105 of 2001, thereby allowing the memo filed by the first respondent for verification of invalid votes. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the subject matter pertains to the panchayat election held during the year 2001, nothing survive in this petition.
