: Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Special Judicial Magistrate for Land Grabbing Cases, Salem to transfer the First Information Report in Crime No.17 of 2014 on the file of the respondent along with the Final report filed by the respondent on 27.10.2015 and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to transfer the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2014, for an offence under Sections 447, 468, 471 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation is still pending in this case.

3.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
