The matter was posted under the caption "For Being Mentioned" on the ground that the Crime Number and the Police Station have been wrongly mentioned in several places in the order.

2. (i) At paragraph No.3, the Crime Number shall be mentioned as 'Crime No.148 of 2019'.

(ii) At paragraph No.4, the Crime Number shall be mentioned as 'Crime No.148 of 2019'.

(iii) At paragraph No.5, the Crime Number shall be mentioned as 'Crime No.148 of 2019' and the Respondent/Police shall be mentioned as 'The Station House Officer, Dhanvanthiri Nagar Police Station, Gorimedu, Priyadharshini Nagar, Puducherry - 605 006'.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the corrections immediately and furnish a fresh order copy to both sides.
