These three Civil Revision Petitions, challenge the order of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in M.C.O.P.Nos.470, 471 and 472 of 1999. The Claims Tribunal had come to a conclusion that the 2nd Respondent/Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Dharmapuri as well as the 1st respondent vehicle are responsible for this accident.

2. The claim of the Civil Revision Petitioners are that the liability should have been fasten only on the 2nd respondent and not on the 1st petitioner. That is a factual finding which I do not want to interfere under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3. Apart from that, the compensation that has been granted is less than Rs.5000/-. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the revisions.

4. With the above, these Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 19.07.2023 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No
