PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to include the petitioners in C list of HCs fit for promotion as Sub-Inspector rank from the year 2000-2006.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to include the petitioners in 'C' list of HCs fit for promotion as SubInspector rank from the year 2000-2006. 2.When the matter was taken up on 19.01.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions. Therefore, Registry was directed to print the names of the petitioners in the cause list and also directed to send notice to the petitioners. Accordingly, notice sent to petitioners 1 to 15 had been returned as "not working, no such person, not available." Petitioners' names also printed in the cause list. Despite that, none of the petitioners is present today and there is no representation for the petitioners.
