The petitioner, who was the accused in Crime No.280 of 2015 has filed this quash petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.280 of 2015, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Later it is committed to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ulundurpet and taken on file as P.R.C.No.19 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 307 IPC. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
