ORDER

This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court in A.No.2543 of 2017 dated 22.08.2017. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A NO. 199 of 2025 2.The learned counsel for the applicant would invite my attention to the payment of Rs.50,000/- in full and final settlement of the respondent/Finance Company's claim by communication dated 23.05.2019. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent Mr.D.Pradeepkumar would submit that the respondent has no objection for the order of attachment being raised since the applicant has settled the claims of the respondent in full and final settlement.

4.Considering the above, this application is ordered. The order of attachment passed in A.No.2543 of 2017 dated 22.08.2017 is raised. It is open to the applicant to have the order communicated to the concerned Registrar Office at his cost.
