PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned notice of the 3rd respondent in R.C. No.2753 of 1989 dated 28.06.1991 in respect of the petitioner's lands measuring 3600 Sq.mt. comprised in Survey Nos.57/6, 59/2, and 90/1 situated at Puthagaram Village, Madhavaram Chennai and quash the same and direct the respondents to treat the impugned notice as abated and pass orders accordingly.

O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed praying for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned notice of the 3rd respondent in R.C. No.2753 of 1989 dated 28.06.1991 in respect of the petitioner's lands measuring 3600 Sq.mt. comprised in Survey Nos.57/6, 59/2, and 90/1 situated at Puthagaram Village, Madhavaram Chennai and quash the same and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the respondents to treat the impugned notice as abated and pass orders accordingly.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioner passed away, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ petition. Accordingly, he has submitted a letter dated 07.09.2021 to that effect.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the letter to that effect submitted by him, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar Lbm Copy to:
