Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the land comprised in Survey No.23/6, measuring to an extent of 4 acres 20 cents in Pongalore Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District and fix the boundaries by erecting stone poles based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to survey the land comprised in Survey No.23/6, measuring to an extent of 4 acres 20 cents in Pongalore Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District and fix the boundaries by erecting stone poles based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.B.Bharath, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey her land and to fix the boundaries, which is pending. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the land and fix boundaries in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.23/6, measuring to an extent of 4 acres 20 cents in Pongalore Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
