ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for quashment of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.2807/2017/G3,dated 02.01.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice issued under Section 218, 344 of the District Municipalities Act, 1920 vide Na.Ka.No.2807/2017/G3, dated 02.01.2020 issued by the first respondent Municipality. Learned counsel further submits that pending Writ Petition, the subject matter building has been demolished by the first respondent in the year 2021, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
