ORDER

This Criminal revision petition has been filed to call for the entire records in M.C.No.208 of 2013 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and set aside the order dated 03.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner / husband submitted that as per the earlier order dated 09.07.2018, he has deposited a sum of Rs.4,72,000/- and the respondent / wife was permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- and the balance amount of Rs.2,22,000/- is lying in the account of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the credit of the above M.C. No. 208 of 2013.

3. The learned counsel for both sides submit that the petitioner and the respondent herein have entered into a compromise as per which they have decided to file a Petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai today (i.e., 23.07.2018) for dissolution of the marriage by mutual consent. Therefore, it is submitted that nothing survives further in this Criminal Revision Case for adjudication. A draft Memorandum of Compromise memo also filed before this Court to substantiate the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above submissions of the counsel for the petitioner's and the fact that the petitioner and the respondent have entered into a compromise memo, the Criminal revision petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
