ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records in Crime No.106 of 2022 on the file of the respondent and to quash the same as against this petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24617 of 2021, the First Information Report in Cr.No.106 of 2021 of T-10, Tirumulaivaiyal Police Station was transferred to CBCID, Chennai and re-assigned Cr.No.6 of 2022 for the offence under Section 420 I.P.C. on 20.09.2022.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed permission of this Court to not press this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition against CBCID. Permission granted.
4.In the light of the submission made by learned counsel appearing
for parties, this petition is dismissed as not pressed and liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition against the F.I.R. to be registered in CBCID on the transfer of First Information Report in Cr.No.106 of 2022. 5.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
