2. In the order dated 04.07.2019, it is reflected that there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was directed that the matter be placed for dismissal on 08.07.2019 i.e., today.

3. As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.47113 of 2002 is closed.
