This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents from 1 to 3 to provide police protection for the petitioner and to secure CCTV recording and hard disk connected to it, lying inside the premises at No.15, V.O.C. Lane, M.K.N. 1st Lane, Alandur, Chennai - 600 016, through the Policemen other than the jurisdictional police of 6th respondent, immediately.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
