ORDER

The petitioner, while serving as Supervisor, suffered an order of suspension and subsequently ended in dismissal from service. However, the said order of dismissal was set aside and he was reinstated in service by an order dated 8.8.2017 and posted to Shop No.11134-Chettithangal. Subsequently, he was transferred to Shop No.11207-Oocheri. While he is serving in Oocheri from December, 2017, once again the respondents are trying to disturb the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner by way of another transfer. Smelling their design, the petitioner also has given his representations on 16.2.2018 and 20.2.2018 not to effect any more transfer, as he is also not keeping well. But ignoring his repeated representations, the respondents are proceeding further. Therefore, he has come to this Court.

2. It is not known how the petitioner can come to this Court only on a mere apprehension that he is going to be transferred or on the fear that the respondents are trying to transfer him to another shop. Therefore this Court, holding the writ petition as premature, is not inclined to entertain the same. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
