ORDER

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Periamet Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and that the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police other than appearing on the hearing dates before the trial Court, until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.31394 & 31431 of 2024 in Cr.No.583 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that final report has been filed.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur on

29.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter shall report on the dates as fixed by the concerned Court.
