O R D E R

This civil revision petition has been filed against the petition and order passed by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore made in unnumbered E.A.No./2005 in E.P.No.54/2000 in A.R.C.O.P.No.100/97 dated 06.02.2006.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present and they have filed a compromise memo stating that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. In view of the compromise between the parties, the auction sale held on 26.09.2005 is set aside and the same is null and void. The sale certificate issued in favour of respondent D.Sumathi Partner M/s.Rambo Exports is also declared as null and void.

4. Recording the compromise memo, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise dated 15.03.2019 and the same shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
