This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30327 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for only a single day.

3. Considering the above submission and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.30327 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
