O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent or the person whom the 1st person authorizes to hold an enquiry with regard to the allegations mentioned in the representation dated 25.01.2016 and file a report before this Court and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to attest the affidavit sworn by Mr.Rafiq @ Noorudeen dated 10.10.2015.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 01.04.2016 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 07.06.2016. Thereafter, for the past three years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than three years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of three years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
