B.1 original sale deed dated 12/06/1970 marked during the joint trial of the suit O.S.No. 617 & 627 of 1990 on the file of District Munsif Court, Mettur to the petitioners after substituting the same with the certified copy of the said sale. SA.141/2002.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MYTHILI, SURESH Advocate for M/S.SARVABHAUMAN ASSOCIATES the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the appellants in S.A.No.141 of 2002 to return Ex.B1 Original Sale Deed to enable them to produce the same before the Sub-Registrar Office. They also undertook to substitute it by certified copy of the Sale Deed.

Further, the learned counsel for the respondents has made an endorsement that the above C.M.P may be allowed. Considering the above, this petition is allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to return Ex.B1 Original Sale deed dated 12.06.1970 to the petitioners by substituting with the certified copy of the sale deed. The petitioners should produce the original sale deed whenever required by this court. Post both the appeals on 09.08.2018.
