Order 7 Rule 1 of C.P.C., praying for a Judgment and Decree a) directing the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.28,20,950/- with 24% as interest on Rs.24,20,000/- from the date of the suit till the date of realisation;

b) cost of the suit.

J U D G M E N T

The prayer sought for in this suit is as follows: "The plaintiff prays for a Judgment and Decree, (a) directing the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.28,20,950/- with 24% as interest on Rs.24,20,000/- from the date of the suit till the date of realisation.

(b) cost of the suit."

2.When the suit came up for hearing, Mr.K.Vaidhyanathan, learned counsel for the plaintiffs, has made a submission that, he wants to withdraw the suit and in this regard, he has made an endorsement in the plaint, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and he prayed for to dismiss the suit as withdrawn.

3.Recording the said submission, made by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, and having recorded the endorsement, made in this regard, in the plaint, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
