first and third respondents to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Chandrakala, aged 27, wife of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3.The third respondent, viz., the Inspector of Police, Hudco Police Station, Krishnagiri District, has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner. 4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
