ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed questioning the order dated 4.7.2015 in C.M.P.No.5 of 2014 in M.C.No.118 of 2014 by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently, M.C.No.118 of 2014 had progressed further and final orders were also passed on 23.4.2018 and questioning that particular order, the petitioner herein filed Crl.R.C.No.1143 of 2016, which had been disposed of on 5.4.2019 by a learned Single Judge of this court.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives in the present Criminal Original Petition and it is, accordingly, dismissed. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
