ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Periyamet Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction limit of the respondent police until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31337 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that final report has been filed.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur on 29.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter shall report on the dates as fixed by the concerned Court.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 27-01-2025 rna
