] This petition itself is filed only at the instance of this Court while hearing the appeal. This Court is fully satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit that the 2nd respondent is a necessary and proper party. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has filed vakalat for the proposed 2nd respondent also. He has no objection for impleading the 2nd respondent.
