The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation dated 20.06.2014 and pass orders. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the land assigned in favour of the tribal people are sold to other community people in violation of the terms and conditions of assignment. In view of such illegal sale, the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
facing many difficulties in that locality. However, perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the details of the purchase and the document number and other details are not available. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the authorities along with complete details regarding the illegal sale made and the manner in which the assignment conditions are violated. In the event of any such detailed representation is filed, the same has to be considered by the competent authority. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
