ORDER
This Court, while dismissing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.30007 of 2015 by order dated 28.01.2016, has directed the respondent to file the final report as early as possible.
2.Alleging non-compliance of the said direction given by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the direction given by this Court, the respondent has completed the investigation and filed the chargesheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cheiyyar and the same was taken on filed as C.C.No.3218 of 2018 under Sections 292 & 506(i) IPC. Thus, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
