When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the review application is pending to review the judgment of this Court in A.S.No.702 of 2009 in respect of the value of the super structure and additional compensation, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he will canvas his arguments in the review application and he may be permitted to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to raise all the grounds in the Review Application. 2. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and endorsement made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his legal issues in the pending review application. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
