This application has been filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

2.This Court permitted the learned counsel for the applicant to serve notice on the learned counsel for the respondents by order dated 23.01.2026. Accordingly, notice has been served and proof of service has also been filed. There is no appearance either in person or through counsel for the respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the arbitration proceedings is now at the stage of the examination of witness on the side of the respondents. Hence, considering the stage of the proceedings, the period is extended by six months.
