O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to deposit the enhanced compensation towards petitioner balance of acquired extent of 1 acres 87 cents, out of 2 acres 99 cents of acquired land, out of which enhanced compensation towards 1 acres 12 cents already deposited, comprised in S.No.358/5, 358/2, 370/3 in Thirumangalam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District whose total extent being 2.99 Acres, to the credit of L.A.O.P.No.105/2003 disposed on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge at Thiruvallur.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 on instructions of the M.K.Sridhar, Deputy Tahsildar made a submission that the award in respect of the acquired land was passed long before and the compensation due to the erstwhile land owner A.R.Ravichandran has been settled by the competent authorities.

3. Therefore, compensation of Rs.18,53,009/- was paid in favour of the erstwhile land owner Mr.A.R.Ravichandran in respect of the subject land acquired from him. The said Mr.A.R.Ravichandran established his title by producing the documents and accordingly, the authorities paid the compensation.

4. If at all the petitioner claims any right over the property at this length of time he has to establish the title and ownership based on the documents and evidences before the Competent Civil Court of Law by impleading Mr.A.R.Ravichandran, who has received his compensation from the Government Authorities.

5. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
